About the job
Build and run Trajectory’s end-to-end recruiting function, from sourcing and candidate assessment to hiring and closing.
What you'll do
- Design recruiting processes, interview pipelines, and systems for maintaining candidate relationships.
- Source candidates through talent mapping, referrals, and communities such as open source, conferences, X, and GitHub.
- Create personalized candidate closing plans and work with founders throughout the recruiting process.
