Owns customer onboarding and end-to-end technical and operational deployments of Triomics’ EMR-integrated clinical trial matching solution, from deal close through go-live and handoff.
What you'll do
- Manage project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and blockers across concurrent deployments, coordinating Triomics teams and cancer center PMOs.
- Partner with engineering and clinical teams on integrations, validation, cutover, and end-user training; drive deployments to go-live.
- Build repeatable delivery playbooks, reporting, KPIs, and dashboards, and coordinate handoffs to steady-state account management.
