Owns U.S. defense and intelligence customer accounts, guiding onboarding, training, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion of TRM’s investigative tools.
What you'll do
- Build account success plans, explain technical and investigative concepts, and support renewals and expansion.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and training to analysts, operators, and agency leadership.
- Monitor customer engagement, identify churn and expansion signals, and relay customer priorities to Product and Engineering.
