About the job
Owns the success and maturation of a large government customer deployment of TRM’s AI investigation platform, coordinating an onsite team and driving adoption, value realization, governance, and transition to customer-led workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and manage program governance, metrics, reporting, risk management, and the roadmap for shifting work to the customer.
- Coordinate 25+ onsite TRM personnel and partner across internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Onboard and train users, track adoption and mission impact, and communicate value through customer reviews.
