About the job
Advise regulator customers on adopting TRM’s blockchain intelligence platform, onboarding and enabling them, scaling reusable support resources, and improving retention and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Onboard regulator customers, tailor training, monitor usage, and address adoption gaps to support retention and expansion.
- Build strategic relationships with regulator economic buyers and connect them with TRM leadership.
- Create reusable self-serve resources and solutions, and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
