Leads a multidisciplinary engineering pod building and scaling AI-powered, user-facing product workflows for crime-fighting customers.
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and hire engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack disciplines.
- Own AI product initiatives end to end, from problem definition and prototypes through launch, iteration, and scale.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture, code quality, reliability, and cross-team integrations.
