Owns executive and leadership searches across GTM, R&D, and G&A, partnering with founders and executives and building TRM’s executive recruiting function.
What you'll do
- Lead VP, Head of, and executive searches from role definition and market mapping through assessment, references, and closing.
- Partner with founders and executives on hiring decisions and deliver an executive-level candidate experience.
- Build scalable leadership recruiting processes, interview structures, scorecards, and operating rhythms; use AI-assisted research and sourcing.
