Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for TRM’s Onchain Compliance products while leading a team of Product Managers and driving key initiatives hands-on.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers; set portfolio direction and priorities using measurable success criteria.
- Lead critical initiatives, including prototyping and building AI agents, and deliver products alongside the team.
- Build customer relationships, support strategic deals, report performance and risks, and drive adoption, retention, and ARR.
