Leads TRM Labs’ commercial legal function, overseeing complex deals, advising on product and regulatory risks, and building scalable AI-assisted legal operations.

- Manage and develop the commercial legal team and scale its coverage as the company grows.
- Lead negotiation of complex enterprise, government, partnership, data, and vendor agreements; advise cross-functional leaders on commercial risks.
