Leads company-wide FP&A and Strategic Finance, owning the integrated financial plan and advising executives and business leaders on performance, investment decisions, and growth.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the FP&A and Strategic Finance team; establish priorities, standards, and workflows.
- Own planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive and Board financial reporting, including fundraising analysis.
- Partner with GTM and R&D on pricing, unit economics, growth, infrastructure, and investment tradeoffs; improve planning systems and apply AI to analytical work.
