What you'll do
- Manage and coach technical recruiters, improving sourcing, candidate experience, and closing.
- Oversee high-priority technical searches and partner with executives and hiring managers on hiring plans.
- Forecast recruiting capacity and improve tools, processes, and systems across the recruiting funnel.
