About the job
Handles post-funding customer support and operational servicing for Trovy HELOC accounts, with a focus on accurate, compliant resolutions and improving servicing processes.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries and process payments, draws, payoffs, account changes, and other servicing activity.
- Resolve complex or escalated issues, support delinquency outreach, and manage servicing events while meeting regulatory timelines.
- Maintain accurate account records and help develop servicing procedures in partnership with operations and product teams.
What they ask for
- At least 5 years of loan servicing experience.
- Working knowledge of Reg Z (TILA), RESPA and Reg X servicing rules, FDCPA, and FCRA dispute requirements.
- Hands-on experience with payment processing, payoffs, delinquency handling, and escalated customer issues.
- Experience with a loan servicing system and Zendesk or a similar customer support platform.
Nice to have
- Experience with HELOCs, home equity loans, or first mortgages.
Pay
$28.00 - $39.00 an hour (base salary); $28 – $39 per hour (base salary)
