What you'll do
- Build and develop a squad of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers; oversee delivery, quality, and team health.
- Drive the product-area technical roadmap and champion investments in testing, observability, tooling, and debt reduction.
- Coordinate stakeholders and cross-team work; lead incident response and blameless post-mortems.
