About the job
Leads the propulsion team and owns strategy, technical execution, and delivery of propulsion subsystems across True Anomaly vehicles.
What you'll do
- Hire, manage, mentor, and develop propulsion engineers and technical leads.
- Oversee propulsion subsystem design, analysis, testing, safety, and flight-hardware decisions.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional issue resolution across programs.
