About the job
Develops and improves production processes for spacecraft propulsion and fluid systems, supporting manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and production troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Set up and scale manufacturing capabilities; create work instructions for assembly, integration, and testing.
- Support production-floor builds, resolve technical issues and non-compliances, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Oversee calibration and certification of fluid ground support equipment; collaborate with design engineering on manufacturability and technical documentation.

$85,000-$110,000 USD base salary; $95,000-$135,000 USD base salary; $120,000-$165,000 USD base salary
