Own and execute internal communications strategy, channels, leadership messaging, events, and change communications to keep employees aligned with True Anomaly’s mission and organizational priorities.
What you'll do
- Build and manage internal communications strategy, editorial calendar, channels, and operating rhythm; advise executives and write leadership communications.
- Produce company events and leadership programming; lead change communications and equip managers to cascade messages.
- Coordinate employee communications with People, Marketing, Security, Legal, and Program teams; measure engagement and improve communications.
