Supports the employee lifecycle and employee experience through HR operations, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Process employee hires, transfers, and terminations in Rippling; support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Maintain employee communications and provide guidance on benefits, leaves, policies, and procedures.
- Support multi-state compliance, audits, and data integrity reviews; identify and implement process improvements.
