- Deliver complex features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and iteration.
- Guide architecture and address technical debt, performance, and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
- Set code-quality and testing practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and technical teams.
