Leads the technical direction, architecture, and evolution of True Anomaly’s distributed spacecraft ground control backend, while driving strategic engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the Elixir/OTP systems roadmap and distributed-systems architecture.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, deployment velocity, and engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers and influence product strategy and company-level technical decisions.
