About the job
Own and lead True Anomaly’s FP&A and Program Finance functions, providing financial planning, program economics, resource allocation, reporting, and executive decision support as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, business reviews, and long-range operational planning; advise executives on investments and operating decisions.
- Build and lead the FP&A and Program Finance team, and develop scalable finance processes, policies, and systems.
- Oversee program finance, including EACs, indirect rates, pricing, compliance, audit readiness, and customer financial reporting.

- Senior leadership experience running FP&A and/or Program Finance end to end in a complex, multi-program business, including leading Directors and managers.

Pay
Denver: $300,000 - $345,000 USD base salary; Long Beach: $300,000 - $360,000 USD base salary
