Leads True Anomaly’s production organization, scaling manufacturing, integration, quality, and automated testing for aerospace and mission-critical systems.
What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing, assembly, integration, production testing, and quality across product lines; support R&D prototyping.
- Scale production and vertical integration, building workflows, facilities, tooling, EGSE, and automated test capabilities.
- Develop production teams and data-driven systems to improve throughput, reliability, quality, and cost.
