Owns the merchant journey and product roadmap for Truemed’s payments and integration platform, from developer onboarding through payment operations and ongoing merchant success.
What you'll do
- Own the merchant experience and developer platform roadmap, including API integration, payment operations, reconciliation, dispute management, and merchant dashboards.
- Partner with engineering to design and ship integrations, and use merchant feedback to prioritize product improvements.
- Define merchant success metrics, support compliance-related product decisions, and align sales, support, and engineering on merchant launches.
