About the job
Leads the Merchants & Integrations team, owning Truemed’s merchant-facing APIs, payment app, and platform integrations while remaining technically involved and representing engineering with merchants and partners.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, hire, and develop engineers; set team direction.
- Own the reliability, quality, and roadmap of merchant APIs, the payment app, and platform integrations; guide technical decisions and unblock engineering work.
- Join sales and integration calls, scope merchant integrations, and coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering.

- Strong technical depth in backend systems, APIs, and data modeling.
