What you'll do
- Lead client relationships, executive communications, and delivery through production while managing scope, timelines, risks, and adoption outcomes.
- Own engagement P&L, including margin, staffing, forecasting, change orders, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead pods of Forward Deployed Engineers and delivery staff, partnering with technical leads on architecture and staffing.
