Head of Platform Engineering, Enterprise AI

What you'll do

• Set platform technical direction and establish architecture, reliability, and operating foundations.
• Build and lead the platform team; hire, develop, and define ownership across engineering, architecture, evaluation, and delivery.
• Enable and productize enterprise AI deployments, partnering with delivery teams to meet security, operational, and measurable customer outcomes.

What they ask for

• 15+ years in software engineering, including at least 5 years leading platform or infrastructure teams that shipped multi-tenant enterprise software.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise platforms, including self-hosted or customer-controlled deployments.
• Hands-on LLM orchestration, evaluation, serving, and fine-tuning experience; must have written production code within the last two years.
• Deep enterprise security, identity, and hosting expertise, including work with regulated customers; proven platform-team leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a platform in a services or forward-deployed organization.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry, or supporting enterprise AI deployments across complex customer environments.

AI focus

Leads development and enterprise deployment of a model-agnostic AI platform; requires hands-on LLM orchestration, evaluation, serving, and fine-tuning expertise.
