Leads Turnkey’s Product Engineering organization, setting technical direction and managing teams that build secure key-management systems, APIs, SDKs, interfaces, and supporting infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Set engineering strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product and Design, and contribute to company-wide technical planning.
- Build and develop a multi-team engineering organization, including hiring, coaching, and establishing career paths and operating practices.
- Guide architecture and delivery of security-critical product systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and quality.

- Deep understanding of modern application architectures and security-critical systems, such as HSMs, TEEs, and key management.
