Builds shared platform tooling and practices that help engineering teams measure performance, scale distributed systems, and resolve systemic infrastructure issues.
What you'll do
- Build performance analysis and observability tooling; help teams make data-driven decisions.
- Identify and resolve cross-team infrastructure and product issues, anticipating scaling bottlenecks before they become incidents.
- Partner with teams and stakeholders on shared solutions; improve engineering practices through design reviews, documentation, and mentorship.
