About the job
Build and run the systems and processes that support the Legal function, including contract operations, governance, compliance administration, and legal technology.
What you'll do
- Own Legal intake, matter tracking, workflows, reporting, and the existing CLM; identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
- Maintain corporate records, governance calendars, compliance calendars, policies, and Legal playbooks.
- Coordinate cross-functional compliance and Legal projects, including support for SOC 2, CMMC, privacy, accessibility, and AI governance initiatives.

- Experience with a CLM or matter-management system, contract repositories/metadata/renewals, and corporate governance recordkeeping.
