Associate AI Data Strategist

What you'll do

• Assess data readiness and identify data needed for AI use cases in partnership with business leaders and AI product managers.
• Partner with data engineers to prepare and transform data, build knowledge bases, and align data roadmaps with business objectives.
• Establish AI-focused data governance and quality standards, and communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of experience in data management, data architecture, or data strategy, with expertise in data platforms and infrastructure.
• Deep domain knowledge in an industry vertical such as investment banking, insurance, commercial banking, asset management, or financial services.
• Track record of leading data strategy efforts that enable AI/ML capabilities in production environments.
• Understanding of modern data architecture, including integration patterns, ontology design, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge base construction for agentic AI systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern orchestration tools.

Pay

$115,000-125,000 USD base salary
