Enterprise Risk Control Assurance Testing Lead

What you'll do

• Help build and conduct control assurance testing for key business processes, documenting controls and identifying gaps or failures.
• Manage testing projects and coordinate remediation efforts with operational risk leads.
• Develop reporting and dashboard infrastructure, and distribute firm-wide and corporate risk metrics.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of in-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and standard processes, including in a large financial institution.
• Ability to align operational risk strategies with organizational goals and combine big-picture thinking with detailed analysis and delivery.
• Experience coordinating control testing engagements.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with coding and technology.

Pay

$125,000 and $175,000 USD base salary
