Delivers customer-focused IT projects by coordinating engineering and operations teams and applying Agile practices across the IT infrastructure lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint and release planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage multiple projects through their sprints and phases; track and report progress and metrics.
- Partner with product owners and teams on user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement.
