Staff Product Manager-Design and Intelligence

What you'll do

• Build 0-to-1 solutions and a multimodal content design engine that understands brand values and design systems.
• Develop scalable, AI-native content workflows and platform architecture for enterprise marketing use cases.
• Use customer feedback and data to prioritize improvements and collaborate across teams to launch products and features.

What they ask for

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management or product building, including AI-native software or applications.
• Experience defining and shipping a new AI product capability from concept through adoption.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Experience designing intuitive UI/UX, discussing scalable platform architecture, using data for decisions, and working cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup or tech company, or working closely with enterprise customers.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker.

Pay

$170,000-$230,000 USD base salary
