Oversee collections for Uber B2B customers, manage BPO performance and escalations, and improve cash flow and account outcomes.
What you'll do
- Oversee the assigned collections portfolio and coordinate with the BPO organization to support performance and customer experience.
- Monitor and report on collection performance, account aging, and key metrics; collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Resolve escalations and disputes, implement collection strategies, and coordinate process improvements and new-process rollouts.
