What you'll do
- Set portfolio strategy and own growth, economics, investment decisions, and long-term P&L.
- Develop, launch, and scale insurance programs with internal teams and external carriers, brokers, and InsurTechs.
- Lead the team and coordinate cross-functional execution, regulatory navigation, and product growth optimization.
