What you'll do
- Lead and develop backend and ML engineers responsible for the ranking serving stack and consumer integrations.
- Set the ranking infrastructure roadmap and improve service reliability, latency, capacity, and infrastructure costs.
- Oversee real-time and batch data pipelines and experimentation systems, including guardrails, logging, and debiasing.
