Own and operate Uber’s enterprise SaaS applications, managing their configuration, lifecycle, integrations, escalations, and reliability while improving workflows through automation and data analysis.
What you'll do
- Administer enterprise applications, including access, permissions, integrations, onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and feature rollouts; resolve Tier 3 escalations and lead incident responses.
- Build automation and integrations, analyze application usage and ticket data, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders; maintain documentation and support procurement and licensing compliance.
