Leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Uber’s remote assistance platform for supporting autonomous vehicle operations across partners and markets.
What you'll do
- Define operator tools, escalation triggers, workflows, interfaces, and system requirements for remote assistance.
- Build a scalable platform and coordinate engineering, operations, safety, and partner teams for launches across markets.
- Establish performance metrics and feedback loops for safety, reliability, operator efficiency, and rider impact.
