Advises Uber’s US&C Mobility & Delivery leaders, managers, and employees on HR matters and supports People initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Advise on complex performance issues, team conflicts, employee relations, and local labor standards; help manage and resolve HR matters.
- Use data to identify trends and improve HR delivery, partnering with cross-functional People teams.
- Support talent reviews, performance cycles, organizational changes, and process improvement or automation.
