Senior Program Manager, Site Technology

What you'll do

• Manage event operations from planning and readiness through onsite execution and post-event improvement.
• Coordinate executive stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and production crews; manage logistics, run-of-show, and contingency plans.
• Develop event standards and scalable workflows, mentor team members, and support long-range planning for event spaces and technology.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of professional experience in live event operations, event production, or corporate event management.
• 5+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial role supporting executive-level or large-scale events.
• Track record managing hybrid events, executive meetings, and multi-camera or AV-integrated productions.
• Experience leading onsite operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors or production crews, and developing event processes and standards.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ELT, BOD, or CEO-level events; hybrid meeting platforms such as Zoom; or external production agencies.
• Familiarity with technical production elements and experience mentoring event operations teams or overseeing event budgets.

Pay

USD $167,000 per year - USD $185,000 per year (base salary)
