What you'll do
- Redesign and automate credit risk, receivable aging, and collections workflows; translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
- Coordinate enhancements with product, engineering, and business teams across Salesforce, proprietary systems, Jira, and Oracle.
- Improve collections metrics, lead training and change adoption, and maintain internal controls and SOX compliance.
