What you'll do
- Advise hiring stakeholders and align recruiting strategies with business needs and competing priorities.
- Use dashboards, reports, and market knowledge to assess hiring data, identify bottlenecks, and guide decisions.
- Manage talent pipelines and assessment processes, and develop strategies to close candidates.
