Sr Security Technologist - Customer Trust

What you'll do

• Own customer trust services, including security questionnaires, RFP responses, assurance artifacts, and the customer-facing trust portal.
• Lead and develop the team, prioritize its workload, and communicate status, capacity, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Build automation and integrations, operate security tooling, respond to customers, and translate technical risks into decisions for leaders.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in information security, including 2+ years in customer trust, security assurance, or a GRC-facing role.
• Experience leading a team or workstream and hands-on scripting or engineering to automate security or compliance workflows, including API integrations.
• Working knowledge of security controls and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, and CIS; strong communication skills and experience engaging external customer or partner security teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted engineering workflows and building or operating a customer-facing trust portal.
• Experience with GRC, ticketing, or RFP platforms; security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

Pay

USD $180,000 per year - USD $200,000 per year (base salary; San Francisco, CA); USD $180,000 per year - USD $200,000 per year (base salary; Seattle, WA)
