What you'll do
- Build developer tooling and improve the speed, reliability, security, and scalability of monorepo build, test, and CI systems.
- Drive fleet-wide changes and framework capabilities, and shape platform direction through design documents and open-source contributions.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams on company-wide projects.

- Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience, including debugging and profiling Node processes and build tooling.
- Working knowledge of modern JavaScript tooling and at least one major web framework; React is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with a large-scale monorepo build system and diagnosing slow, flaky, or non-hermetic builds.
