Sr Specialist Account Executive, Ads

What you'll do

• Manage the full sales cycle and enterprise book of business, from prospecting and strategy through deal execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Drive adoption of Uber advertising and promotional products, translating partner data into recommendations and growth plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams on proposals and account challenges, and mentor other Ads Specialists on enterprise negotiations.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of full-time experience in advertising sales, account management, consultative sales, or business development.
• Experience managing and influencing senior decision-makers up to Director, VP, and C-suite level.
• Experience owning a book of business end-to-end, from prospecting and strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Proficiency using data and insights to influence stakeholders and measure impact at scale; experience with sales pipeline and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise partnerships or global brands, ideally in restaurants, QSR, or third-party marketplaces.
• Experience building growth strategies and complex joint business plans for a large, complex book of business.

Pay

USD $223,333 - USD $248,333 total on-target earnings (OTE); USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,000 per year base salary; USD $89,333 - USD $99,333 annualized cash variable incentive target (Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles); USD $248,333 - USD $276,667 total on-target earnings (OTE); USD $149,000 per year - USD $166,000 per year base salary; USD $99,333 - USD $110,667 annualized cash variable incentive target (New York City)
