What you'll do
- Resolve Tier 2 escalations and complex employee transactions, including hires, job changes, and terminations.
- Investigate data discrepancies, audit data quality, and partner with teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Analyze case and HRIS trends, refine self-service knowledge, and support system enhancements and UAT.
