- Master's degree (MSEE) or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
About the job
Design, prototype, verify, and validate analog mixed-signal circuits that form the core of a novel AI computing platform.
What you'll do
- Architect and implement circuits from specification through GDSII, and own critical IP blocks through the full design cycle.
- Perform pre- and post-layout verification, including PVT, noise, mismatch, stability, and EM/IR analysis.
- Coordinate mixed-signal integration with digital teams and guide layout for performance, parasitics, matching, and signal integrity.
What they ask for
- Master's degree (MSEE) or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on, full-cycle Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design experience, resulting in successfully taped-out and characterized silicon.
- Deep understanding of transistor-level circuit design, device physics, and noise/mismatch mechanisms in CMOS processes.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB for design-flow automation and data post-processing.
Nice to have
- Experience designing circuits in modern process nodes (22nm, 12nm and newer).
- Experience with behavioral modeling of analog circuits and impairments for system-level verification.
Tools
CMOS, Python, MATLAB, Verilog, C++, GDSII
