What you'll do
- Translate experimental workflows and scientific data structures into platform configurations and data models.
- Support customer onboarding, configuration, meetings, and implementation initiatives, increasing toward end-to-end ownership.
- Document reusable configuration patterns and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
