What you'll do
- Build and manage the M&A pipeline, define acquisition theses, and develop relationships with potential targets and bankers.
- Lead transactions end to end, including valuation, modeling, cross-functional diligence, negotiation, approvals, and close.
- Plan and run post-close integration, track value capture, and lead build-buy-partner analyses with business teams.
