Administers and improves Unity’s enterprise Salesforce platform, building scalable go-to-market workflows and maintaining platform reliability.
What you'll do
- Manage Salesforce configuration, security, health, support escalations, and recurring issue resolution.
- Design maintainable declarative automation and data models for go-to-market workflows.
- Set administration and deployment standards and partner with stakeholders to evaluate solutions and Salesforce releases.
