Build Unlimited’s founding team by identifying, cultivating, and recruiting exceptional engineers in close partnership with the CEO and engineering leaders.
What you'll do
- Build and curate a list of hundreds or thousands of top engineers and develop genuine relationships with them.
- Create opportunities for candidates to meet the team, including in-person meetings, dinners, and events.
- Recruit and close candidates, maintaining relationships over time and selling them on the company’s mission.
